We want you to get your paws on our products ASAP, so we aim to get all orders processed within 24-48 hours.
However during busy sale periods and over weekends there may be a small delay in dispatching your order.

Please note: Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and the Pug Life Shop has no control over import fees.
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia.
RETURNS
Items must be in their original packaging and be unopened to be eligble for a refund. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. If you wish to return your items, please contact our friendly team via email at puglifeshop@outlook.com for further details. Shipping back to the Pug Life Shop will be at the customer's expense, unless there is damage to the item.
If you receive an item that is defective or has broken during delivery, please email puglifeshop@outlook.com and include photos of the damage as well as your order number. We will gladly process a refund or arrange an exhange.
